Prosecco frizzante
Denominazione d’Origine Controllata - Treviso
An elegant and delightful DOC Treviso.
It has existed in the Treviso area for over two centuries and its origins are still mysterious: it is highly likely that its name comes from the town of Prosecco in the Karst Plateau. The vine is the Glera, characterised by its hazelnut coloured shoots, and large, elongated bunches of grapes with their pleasant golden yellow.
Excellent paired with regional dishes made with red radicchio from Treviso.
